Why am I an attorney?
The responsibility of representing someone, more often than not the "little guy," whose freedom is at stake or whose life has been catastrophically altered, against all of the resources available to the government or a multi-million dollar insurance company or business is enormously challenging.
What sets David apart from other attorneys?
David has a very strong commitment to his family. He has a vast amount of courtroom trial experience. He has worked on the opposite side of the docket from which he now practices. As a result, he prepares his cases with the insight of how the government, opposing lawyers and insurance companies are likely to operate, respond, and evaluate cases. David is heavily involved in the professional associations that support his areas of practice. David is on the Board of Directors of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, he is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the Houston Bar Association and a member of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc.
What is David's philosophy for success?
10 Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by His vast strength. 11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the tactics of the Devil. 12 For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens. 13 This is why you must take up the full armor of God, so that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having prepared everything, to take your stand.
